Qualifications:
Candidates applying for the JBT positions should meet the following qualifications:
A Graduate degree or its equivalent from a recognized University.
A Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EI.Ed.) with a duration of at least 02 years, recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
OR
Graduation with at least 50% marks and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
Successful completion of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) as per NCTE guidelines.
Pay Scale:
The selected candidates will be entitled to a competitive pay scale for the JBT position:
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4200
Selection Criteria:
The selection of candidates will be based on their performance in the recruitment process, which may include written tests, interviews, or other evaluation methods as determined by the Education Department.
